Roast Chicken/Steak with Tomato, Bacon & Chilli Sauce

I’m sure you’re used to the bland taste of the meats on offer for crib lunches. This simple trick will help you make it taste a bit different.
Collect the usual fare on offer but take with you one packet of Continental Cup-A-Soup “Tomato, Bacon & Chilli”.
- Heat up your chicken or steak in the microwave to warm it.
- Pour your soup powder into a paper cup and add half a cup of boiling water stirring slowly until the soup is the consistency of a thick, creamy sauce.
- Add the ’sauce’ over the top of your chicken or steak and serve with whatever salad or veg you’ve brought with you.
This recipe works well with Cup-A-Soup “Creamy Mushroom”, “French Onion” (with pepper added) or “Thai Laksa”
